In commemoration of our travels to Greece in September/ October of last year, we are releasing a new icon of St. Spyridon this month!
While known as a wonder-worker and member of important councils during his life, this single dad who preferred his job as a shepherd even after becoming a priest became more well-known and revered after his death when a procession of his remains and an apparition of him aided the islanders of Corfu against plague and attack.
