NEW ICON DROP - Sts. Felicity + Perpetua

This pair were early third century martyrs that stuck together throughout their horrendous imprisonment, separation from their babies, and the murders of their friends. When cast into the Roman arena to be tortured by wild animals and then killed, these women still did not leave each others’ sides or turn from their faith.

The first icons of these women that I created nearly 10 years ago were in a side-by-side diptych frame, but I have had requests since then to portray them together, interacting, in one icon.
